Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is for 15 days (30 days for engines and transmissions). Returns must be shipped back to us no later than 15 days (30 days for engines and transmissions) AFTER our confirmed delivery to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your item is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Your refund will be submitted 48hrs after your item is delivered

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we have a matching replacement, and if both parties agree. Eurovan World reserves the right to refund only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
